The evening meeting featured a collaborative intellectual deliberation amongst the distinguished participants at the events regarding the state of the nation and the situational analysis of the realities around the students in terms of repositioning them to the high esteem much sought after.
The presidents of the higher institutions took turn to express their minds regarding the perceived lacuna in the administration of the previous and current government in the state and how they short-served the students constituency in terms of welfare and inclusion.
Earlier, the CEO of Culturati and Connecting Lagos; an astute technocrats in person of Mr Idris Aregbe who disclosed certain measures in the pipeline to improve the entrepreneurial skills of the students and converting such into financial gains in a bid to enhancing their self-reliance and consequently boost their relevance in the society. He mentioned the visions of Culturati Academy and of the tremendous benefits that the students would be availed with when the implementation of the program commences.
The director of programs NANS-JCC LAGOS opined that a stable platforms and fora such as this would definitely suffice objectively to reshaping the students constituency off certain negative orientations and ideologies especially on the context of undue entitlement mentality and inferiority complexity.
While giving his remark and note of appreciation, Comrade Olalere Samuel (SAMGRIN) showered accolades of gratitude on the chief host of the program; Mr Idris Aregbe and as well exposed the brilliant ideas resident within the NANS body to boost the status of the students constituency.
