Akwa ibom state is lunching the first state owned airline with three modern aircraft. The fuel efficient CRJ900 series each of which can seat 78 to 90 passengers.Here is a sneak peak of the air craft branded in orange which is akwa ibom state official color.
The aircrafts will be arriving Nigeria on or before christmas.
The State governor has announced that the Ibom Air will lunch scheduled commercial passenger services before the end of 2018.
Akwa ibom state currently runs the only state owned airport with a category 2 runway in Nigeria . The airport runway is capable of handling the biggest aiccraft in the world .
